whispering AWAKE through your partially open
mouth, eyes closed. Focus your inhalation in the
center of your heart, bring your head back to
center. Visualize a lotus flower opening in your
heart, sending radiant, compassionate vibrations
throughout every cell in your body and infinitely
in all directions.
Exhale completely, mouth open, eyes closed.
Bend forward at the waist, lean your head toward
your knees. Exhale completely, accentuating OHO!
Direct and use the flow of physical energy to enter
deeply into your subconscious mind and release
attachments to feelings and story.
Whisper AWAKE through your partially opened
mouth. Inhale deeply, eyes closed. Lift your head
and return to your beginning position, eyes closed.
Focus your inhalation in the center of your heart.
Visualize a lotus flower opening in your heart.
Send radiant, compassionate vibration throughout
every cell in your body. Extending infinitely in all
directions. Exhale AHA. . . . . . . . . . Repeat.
Intention:
The purpose of this practice is to learn
to re-vitalize our mind and focus with a short
and quick technique of breathing mantra
practice. This practice is used to re-establish
mental clarity. It can also deepen the inquiry
into the shadow aspect of ego and figuratively
“shake the hell” out of it.
