Ordained as a Zen Priest at the Zen Mountain Center on Good Friday, April 25, 2005, DoShin mj nelson is a writer, poet, speaker, facilitator, and Zen Coach. Fulfilling his mission: "Awakening sacredness" is his practice... practice... practice... practice.
He is the founder of "Integral Zen" a Zen Center in Colorado and co-founder of "Poetry of Dying," an organization that provides support and workshops for those whose time is short, their family and caregivers, as well as those who choose to look into the mirror of death and dying to examine the quality of their life.
