Teja Bell
Fudo Myoo Teja Bell is an ordained Priest, the Martial Arts Sensei and Qigong Instructor of the Hollow Bones Rinzai Zen Order. When participating in the retreats, he teaches three daily classes. Presently he teaches privately, and conducts workshops and seminars. In addition to this he teaches at Hollow Bones sesshins, Spirit Rock Meditation Center, and various other Zen Meditation Centers around the world.

The quality of mind that has unfolded as a result of his journey is deeply experienced by those who spend time with him.

It was truly amazing; he embodied the aikido he taught. Every relationship, every human contact, and situation I observed him in was the same. He pushed away nothing and responded to everything that came his way with the same openness and loving compassion.
Then during the 4th sesshin I attended with him, I realized that I had been wrong when I thought: 'this man makes no waves’. My insight had simply not been deep enough to see that he is an embodiment of the mother of all waves. This man, Teja bell, Fudo Myoo (the immutable one) is a ‘Samadi Tsunami’. His teaching transforms us all."
